Problem with Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device (Code 10)

Hello MS Community,

I'm having a problem with Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device - it displays error Code 10, and my Logitech K650 & M650 doesn't work in Bluetooth mode. I'm using Windows 11, version 24H2 Enterprise. The same mouse & keyboard works flawless with another device.

I've already tried:

  • Removing Logi M650 mouse from device manager (also unpairing, pairing it again)
  • Removing Intel Wireless module (with drivers)
  • Installing the newest driver from Logi & intel website
  • I cannot rollback drivers for Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device (grayed out option)
  • Troubleshooting Bluetooth module with Windows built-in troubleshooter
  • It's an OS problem, because I've tried the same mouse, on the same laptop, but on another Laptop with same OS- it's working Fine.

@keysuck had responded to the same issue like this in 2019 & provided a solution

"I resolved this issue by:

  1. Uninstall Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator under Bluetooth in Device Manager.
  2. Reboot.
  3. Uninstall the Bluetooth mouse.
  4. Reinstall the Bluetooth mouse.

Hope this is a universal resolution for everyone."

Not working from me.

Please Assist to resolve this issue.

    Hello

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

According to your description, the probability of system failure is high. You can try the following steps:

    1. Run SFC and DISM commands to repair the system:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    sfc /scannow

    1. If there is a system update recently, it is recommended to uninstall and restart the test.
    2. Check whether there are other errors through Event Viewer.
    3. Back up data and reset the current system.
