Good day,

I am going to buy a Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. I send an "Request of price offer" to "Local" department of Microsoft in the Czech Republic (Czechia).

I have a problem:
I have a Build: 19041.vb_release.191206-1406.
This system is with the all Drivers for HW (Official) without a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager.
This system is complete update via Windows Update (incl. NET. Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1).

By 99% is recurring.

After 60 minutes is system shut down.
This is repeat when the my Workstation is connection to Internet or Offline.

This Crash or Error wasn´t under Win 10 Edition Home or Pro with the same official drivers and still complete update via Windows Update.

HDD is OK by Diagn. sw..
Under UEFI this Crash or Error isn´t - under UEFI I tested my Workstation that was 3 hours nonstop startup (non shut down).

Main HW informations of my WS:
CPU: i7 6700 (non overclocking)
RAM: 16 GB
Version of UEFI: The newest by web of manufacture (ASRock).

Please, can you help me?

I am going to go my work - so I am not online 24 hrs from my home.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to Windows 10 LTSC - System Performance - Crash or Error.

Firstly, make sure that your Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC is properly activated. Sometimes, unactivated versions can cause shutdowns after a certain period. And also, some evaluation version will shout down every one hour after it expired its trail.

Check the Event Viewer for any error messages or warnings that occur around the time of the shutdown. This can provide more insight into what might be causing the issue. Verify your power settings to ensure that there are no configurations set to shut down the system after a specific period. You can check this in the Control Panel under Power Options.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Molly
