My laptop is showing error “windows couldn’t connect to SENS service and once I click signin nothing shows up but asking to contact server administrator, other than that windows+R or X doesn’t work, restarting done but nothing changes

    Hello,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

    Based on the description, I understand your question is related to SENS service.

    Log on to your Windows system and ignore the error message for now.

    Go to the Windows Start button -> All Programs -> Accessories.

    Right-click on Windows Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".

    In the Command Prompt, type netsh and press Enter.

    Then type Winsock reset and press Enter again.

    Reboot your computer.

    Also, try restart the SENS and Windows Audio services and install the latest windows update.
