MS 365 users unable to sign-into an Azure Virtual Desktop
Hello,
I have been trying to test the viability of using an Azure Virtual Desktop for shared use of our employees. I have created a AVD and Assigned the proper roles to 3 other MS 365 users. As the Owner of the AVD I can log into both the resources group and the desktop using RDweb via the browser. One user can log into the recourse group but does not see the Workspace. There is a message that no resources have been assigned and to contact an administrator. The other 2 accounts can log into the resources and have access to the workspace, but when they have to sign in again to the desktop they get an authentication error saying their username or password are wrong. They are using their MS 365 account credentials, the same ones they used to log into the resources.
The roles assigned to the 3 accounts are: Virtual Machine User Login, Virtual Machine Local User Login, Virtual Machine Administrator Login.
I have also assigned the role of Owner and Contributor to the one account that cannot see the Workspace. All roles are assigned at the resource group level.
I have edited the RDP Properties under advanced to allow for remote connections via RDWeb.
I have tried to reach out to support, but I am getting no real assistance.
