Bitlocker stuck I can’t reset because it says there was a problem while resetting your pc and can’t use cmd prompt or get the recovery on my new computer

Hi Microsoft I’m stuck at bitlocker because I didn’t use this Microsoft account on my new computer and I don’t know the other Microsoft account or if I even had one and I can’t use cmd prompt and I can’t reset my pc because it says it was a problem while resetting your pc

    Firstly, you need to retrieve your BitLocker recovery key by following the steps in Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support.

    Since you mentioned you have lost the other Microsoft account, it is recommended recover it. For details about that, please see Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support.

    **Important:**Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.
