1.Would you please check whether you cannot sign in using no matter any Domain Admin account or local Admin account(even though these accounts and passwords are correct)?
2.Please check if any keys on the keyboard cannot be entered, resulting in an incorrect password.
3.Please try to reset the password of one domain account and try to sign in using this new credential and check the result.
4.please try to sign in using one account that signed in successfully in the past and check the result.
