Where can I engage with someone on the exam renew process?

I passed the SC-300 exam last September. I heard about the requirement to renew annually for some exams and after not receiving any notifications to renew I checked the MS Learn site to find it expired on the 14th of this month. Is there a process where I can request an extension and complete the requirement to renew, or is it too late at this point? Thanks.
