I have tried multiple ways to start including Microsoft support YouTube and the computer doesn’t helps. When I usually restart it no it gives me Wi-Fi but only for a few minutes just keep repeating and if I just keep resetting it will take me a long time usually so I’m hoping if y’all can help me thank you very much.!

    Hello,

Based on my understanding of your issue, I suggest you open the device manager, locate the network adapter and expand it, find the wireless network card and right-click Properties, click the Power Management tab, and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

If the problem still cannot be solved, I suggest you reinstall the latest wireless network card driver to see if it can solve the problem.

    Best Regards

    Zunhui
