All,

While accessing the RDS farm via server manager from the connection broker server it takes 10 minutes to load the RDS farm to access the RDS collections.

Currently, we have two connection broker servers (To provide HA)

RDCB OS: 2016

Resources: 2vcore and 6GB RAM.

Checks done:

No Network latency.

The performance of the RDS farm servers is normal.

DNS resolution is working correctly.

RDS farm is properly configured with the correct RD Session Host servers and collections.

All servers in the RDS farm, including the Connection Broker, are up-to-date with the latest Windows updates and patches.

I respectfully request the support and assistance of your team in resolving this matter promptly.

I appreciate your proactive assistance in advance.

    Hello!

    Thank you for reaching out.

How about the performance of Connection Broker server itself? You might consider using performance monitoring tools such as Windows Performance Monitor to identify if the server is under heavy load.

    Karlie

    Dear Karlie,

    Thank you for the response.

Yes, I have already gone through the performance of both RDCB (Remote Desktop Connection Broker) servers and I didn't see any abnormal usage of either memory or CPU utilization.

    Regards,
    Khaja

    Hello!

While you mentioned no network latency, use network monitoring tools to perform in-depth checks for network bottlenecks, packet loss, or other issues that might affect communication between the Connection Broker and RDS Session Host servers.

You might also check the health of the database used by the Connection Broker. Ensure that the database server is running optimally and has sufficient resources.

    Regards,

    Karlie
