Question, I've been locked out of my computer for months. I've tried restarting my device and everything, I've switched over my account and waited a month just to see there's no Recovery key on my account. Does this mean anything? 2DC2664E-9F0A-4EB3-9368-73A544B883B6. I seen that these codes mean something.

    Hello

thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community Forums.

The code you sent might be a recovery key ID. When you're prompted to enter your BitLocker recovery key, you can see the recovery key ID below. It helps identifying which recovery key to use, in case you have more than one. If you lost your recovery key, please follow the steps in Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support.

**Important:**Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key. If you can’t find the BitLocker recovery key and are unable to undo any changes that caused it to be needed, you’ll have to reset your device using one of the Windows recovery options.

    Kind regards,

    Lei
