my pc keeps going into recovery mode

so this happens only at night and sometimes it does not happen at night so i dont know whats wrong.. i cant provide a image but i can provide the pc specs

    Based on the description, I understand your question is related to pc keeps going into recovery mode.

    1. Install the latest windows update in Settings /Update & Security/ Windows Update/ check for updates.
    2. Run full system scan in windows defender
    3. Check the system error events, in Event Viewer, open Windows Logs > System
    4. Check your RAM, hard drive damage. Reseat RAM sticks and ensure all connections are secure.
    5. Run chkdsk /f command
    6. Open Task Scheduler , check if there is any tasks related to system recovery or updates, disable any unnecessary reboot schedule.
    7. In Control Panel > Power Options, set power plan to Balanced or High performance. Adjust sleep or hibernation settings.
