    Hello

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

    • Is the server in question a physical machine or a virtual machine?
    • What changes were made before the slow login issue started?
    • Patches, hardware, application updates, etc.?
    • Is the server added to a domain?
    • Do you have any screenshots?
    • Is there any relevant error log in the event viewer?

    Best Regards,

    Wesley Li

    Hello,

There are many potential causes for slow boot/slow logon performance, this will likely require some investigation and tools to help determine the root cause or causes. There is no easy answer to this question.

Start by using the Windows Performance Analyzer(WPA) to capture and your boot process and use that to analyze why your machine is booting slowly.

WPA is Part of the Windows ADK. ( Assessment and Deployment Kit). The Performance Toolkit i included in the ADK whcih includes WPA. WPA allows you to capture the boot and logon processes.

    Download link for the ADK:

Download and install the Windows ADK | Microsoft Learn

Some Documentation links to WPA, multiple pages.
