Impossible to exclude a credit card linked at my Azure account

When I try to delete my linked credit card, a message appears about a subscription linked to that card, but when I check the subscription, its status is disabled, there is no option to delete this subscription. The other option is to contact support, but like many (I researched before here on the platform) I always receive an "Access Denied" message .. so I suspect that the Microsoft support sector does not exist.
