Microsoft Excel Driver Questions

I am trying to use the following Excel ODBC driver:

Microsoft Excel Driver: 16.00.4999.1000

  1. Is this an ODBC 3.x compliant driver?
  2. Does it support Unicode?

    1. Yes, the Microsoft Excel Driver: 16.00.4999.10001 is ODBC 3.x compliant. It supports the ODBC 3.8 specification.
    2. Yes, the driver supports Unicode. It can handle Unicode characters in both the data source and the application.
