Hello Nan Ye,
thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community Forums.
There are several reasons why BitLocker might suddenly lock your laptop or hard drive, such as Hardware Changes, Firmware or BIOS Update, Operating System Updates, Password Change or Reset, Changes in Boot Configuration and so on. Unfortunately, if you can’t find the BitLocker recovery key and are unable to undo any changes that caused it to be needed, you’ll have to reset your device using one of the Windows recovery options.
If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, sign in to each one and check if the BitLocker recovery key is saved there. Sometimes, the key might be associated with an account you don't frequently use. Also, you can check your recovery key in other locations. For the details, please follow the steps in Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support.
Impo rtant: Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.
Best regards,
Lei
