    Hello

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

The issue you're experiencing with your Windows Server 2019 crashing and restarting every few days could be related to a variety of factors, including system updates, driver compatibility, or hardware issues. Since you've already updated the driver from Fujitsu, we can look into other potential causes and solutions.

Based on the BugCheck parameters you've provided, it seems like there might be a critical system error causing the crashes. The parameter 0xC0000005 indicates an access violation, which means there could be a problem with memory access or permissions.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your server is up-to-date with the latest Windows updates, as they often contain fixes for known issues.
    2. Analyze the Memory Dump: The memory dump file created during the crash can provide valuable information. You can use tools like Windows Debugger (WinDbg) to analyze the dump file and pinpoint the cause of the crash.
    3. Hardware Diagnostics: Run hardware diagnostics to check for any hardware failures, especially memory (RAM) or hard drive issues.
    4. System File Checker: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files by running sfc /scannow in the command prompt.
    5. Event Viewer: Review the Event Viewer logs for any critical errors or warnings that might indicate what's causing the crashes.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consider reaching out to Fujitsu for further assistance, as they might have more specific guidance based on the hardware and software configuration of your server.

    Best Regards,

    Wesley Li
