    Hi Antony,

    Hope you're doing well.

    Please follow the following steps to check this issue:

    1. Please run the cluster validation and check if there any errors or warnings.
    2. Please open PowerShell as an administrator and input the following command on all nodes:

    clear-clusternode -force

    And then try to create the cluster.

    1. Please ensure that the account logged into the node is a domain account.
