To deploy an automated ML model, I created an inference cluster in Azure. The cluster stays in status "creating" for an hour then displays the following message.
Failed: K8s failed to assign an IP for Load Balancer after waiting for an hour.

WE are also experiencing similar issue. What could be the reason?
