It's my first time using a laptop, and It's difficult for me to understand computer stuffs, so I tried looking for solutions on the internet. I disabled Hyper V and restarted the Window just like the internet told me to, so I tried running the app again, but It's still not working. I'm out of ideas. I don't know what to do!

    Hi Min,

    Hope you're doing well.

    Please refer to the following:

    1. Some laptops come with other virtualization software, such as VirtualBox or VMware. Make sure that these are also disabled or not running, as they can interfere with app compatibility.
    2. Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can sometimes cause issues with certain applications.
    3. Verify if the app you're trying to run has specific system requirements. Make sure that your laptop meets or exceeds these requirements.

    Best Regards
