    I'm sorry, we cannot provide you with a recovery key based on the recovery ID you have provided. Recovery keys are unique to each device and are generated when BitLocker is enabled on the device.

    Try to find BitLocker recovery key referring to this link:

    Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

    If you still can't find the correct recovery key, the only solution is to reinstall the system.

    **Important:**Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.
