But now the blue screen is coming in my laptop and Bitlocker is being demanded,

I put my correct bitlocker key in it but still after a few steps, the same blue screen is coming in which Bitlocker is being asked.

I am putting keys again and again but I am not able to get out of this loop. I don't want to lose my data, please Microsoft help me, and solve my problem as soon as possible

    Hello Yashvardhan verma,

To resolve this issue, you can try to boot your device into Safe Mode and then try to enter the BitLocker key again. To do this, you can follow these steps:

    1. Turn off your device.
    2. Turn it back on and immediately press the F8 key repeatedly until you see the Advanced Boot Options menu.
    3. Use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode" and press Enter.
    4. Once you're in Safe Mode, try entering the BitLocker key again.

If it doesn't work, you can try using the BitLocker Recovery Key to unlock your device. You can find the Recovery Key by the steps in Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows - Microsoft Support. Then you need to follow these steps:

    1. Turn on your device and wait for the BitLocker screen to appear.
    2. Click on "More options" and then "Enter recovery key".
    3. Enter the Recovery Key and click "Unlock".

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

    Lei
