[Windows Server 2022] Unable to add CSV in Failover Cluster

I have 2 domain controllers (of the same domain) running Windows Server 2022 (not 2016) and configured failover clustering (and disk quorum witness from an external storage array, accessible from both servers).

However, I am unable to add Cluster Disks into Cluster Shared Volumes (CSV), the error detail:

Error Code: 0x800713b8

The cluster request is not valid for this object.

I would like to know if the limitation of "Domain Controller(s) present in (one of) the nodes in Failover Cluster cannot create CSV" still persists in Windows Server 2022. Thank you.

    Hi Admin,

    Hope you're doing well.

According to my test, it can be successfully added to CSV.

    1. Can the disk be successfully added to the cluster?
    2. Are there any related errors in the event log?
    3. In addition, when running cluster validation, are there any disk related errors?

    Best Regards
