    Hello,

I want to avoid any misunderstanding and ensure I understand the issue correctly:

From my understanding, the problem you're encountering is that you've updated your phone number for your Microsoft school account. However, when you attempt to log in, you are prompted to enter a verification code that is sent to your old phone number, which you no longer have access to.

Is this correct? Any additional information or screenshots would be very helpful.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards,

    Karlie Weng
