"Your school asking for more informations " message

I changed my number from 062to 063they are asking for more informations and to access to my account I need to vrify with my old number that is in my Microsoft account that I couldn't access to change my number there.

If they need more information why I'm supposed to get a verification code

    From my understanding, the problem you're encountering is that you've updated your phone number for your Microsoft school account. However, when you attempt to log in, you are prompted to enter a verification code that is sent to your old phone number, which you no longer have access to.
