RDS Server only 2 connections

Hi,

my windows server 2022 rds deployment does only allow 2 simultanious connections.

why?

I didnt find an option where to create support tickets (was asking me for unknown contract ids and numbers)

    Hello,

    If you need more than two concurrent users to log in at the same time, you need to configure the session host role, license server, and have a sufficient number of CALs with the required versions, and configure them correctly.

    In an RDS environment, RDLS installs and publishes cals, and SH can only point to LS for cals to be issued normally.

    Since the installation and activation problem of cal is not within the scope of Windows technical support, please contact clearing house to solve the problem of cal activation.
