First, ensure that the server has installed the latest updates since the version of Microsoft Edge may affect access to Windows Admin Center. Alternately, consider using Google Chrome as your web browser.
Additionally, here are some troubleshooting steps:
- On the server, open Task Manager > Services and make sure ServerManagementGateway / Windows Admin Center is running.

- Test the network connection to the Gateway. You can do this with the following line of PowerShell:
Test-NetConnection -Port <port> -ComputerName <gateway> -InformationLevel Detailed
- Check the firewall settings on the server to ensure that the necessary ports are open for Windows Admin Center.
- Check the server logs for more details. Please enable Show Analytic and Debug Logs first.
If none of the above steps work, you can concern uninstalling and reinstalling Windows Admin Center. Please note that this will delete the connection list and settings for all Windows Admin Center users on the gateway.
