to download your purchased copy of MS Server 2019 5-PK, you need to sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (Volume Licensing Service Center (microsoft.com)). From there, you can access your licenses and download the software. If you don't have access to the VLSC, you can contact your Volume Licensing Service Center administrator to grant you access.
