Windows Recall disappeared when updated Windows license

I have Copilot+PC ARM Surface Laptop with Snapdragon, and I recently updated the license to Windows 11 Enterprise, version 24H2 with OS build 26120.2702. While everything went fine, the Recall disappeared from the system, and there are no settings in Privacy for it either, or anything related to it in Windows components. Is there a way to re-enable it, or install it somehow on Enterprise licensed PC, or do I need to downgrade back to Home edition? That seems a bit troublesome if so, as I want to use this PC for work.
