    Hello,

    I believe you can directly upgrade to latest version atm, i.e. Version 20H2 and skip V2004.

    Refer this page to learn about known issue with V20H2: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/status-windows-10-20h2.

    Check if any of known issue relates to you.

    If no issue is related to you, upgrade to V20H2 via ISO file.

    Refer this step-by-step guide:

    @Mikhail Nyagulov
    Hi,
    As far as I know, 2004 update is blocked in place because of various compatibility issues with numerous systems and hardware configurations.

    If you’ve received the banner, here is what you can do for Windows Update to show the feature update available notification:

    1. Update your hardware drivers
    2. Disable Core Isolation by going to Settings > Windows Security > Open Windows Security > Devie Security > Core isolation details.
    3. Keep checking Windows 10 2004 release information page for mitigations and resolutions for Known issues.

    Also, the update assistant can help you update to the latest version:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
    Before using the steps to perform a manual update, you should first consult the Windows 10 2004 Health Dashboard and make sure there are no known issues blocking the update.

    Hope above information can help you.
