Need help with a Power BI error

Hi guys, Can anyone help me figure out what the following power bi error means. I've tried to fix it and the error doesn't seem to go away ........ = Table.TransformColumnTypes(#"Removed Columns",{{"Date of first contact (DD/MM/YYYY)", type date}, {"Referral date (DD/MM/YYYY)", type date}})
