Part of screen output freezes for some seconds

Question

Hello everyone! So, here is the problem. Part of my screen freezes for some seconds and then unfreezes. I only seen this behaviour on windows 11 LTSC. On other windows versions its normal. What i need to do to resolve this?

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to Win 11.

Please check if your machine meet the minimum requirements of running windows 11:
