bitlocker trouble

hello, i want to address my issue here, my Laptop is having problem the bitlocker so i need to input the bitlocker recovery id. but when i tried to access my microsoft account on my friend's PC it asked for security code, but my phone number that linked to the account was no longer used, so i tried to change the security code but the process took 30 days, can you make the process faster, i need to use my laptop and the data in it for work
