Activate ESU License on Windows Server 2012/2012 R2

Hello,

We would like to confirm if we can activate ESU license and if one licensed can be used on multiple servers without issues,

We found a KB and we'd like to confirm if the procedures on the screenshot below are correct. This is based on the link below:

    Hello!

    Yes, you can activate ESU license on Windows Server 2012/2012 R2. Each license is valid for one device only, so you will need to purchase a separate license for each server.

    Hello,

    If I purchse the Windows Server 2012/2012 R ESU License TODAY, will I receive all the updates dating back to October 10, 2023 (which is when microsoft discontinued the updates)?
