RDS - Remoteapp - multicustomers implementation of MFA - link with Entra

Hello,

for some of our customers, we're providing some softwares using remoteapp on RDS Farm.

This infrastructure, is a multicustomers Active Directory infrastructure.

DC=mydomain,DC=local

OU=Customers

OU=Client1 || OU=Client2

Currently there is no link between this infrastructure and another "AD on-prem" of the customers.

To answer at the NIS2 regulation, we must provide a mecanism of two factor authentication, and, some of the customers required that the infrastructure of the service provider will be linked to their Microsoft Entra tenant.

Not all the customers have a sync of their AD 'on-prem' to Microsoft Entra.

So we should imagine a solution to link only some part of our AD (for example all users from : "OU=Client1,OU=Customers,DC=mydomain,DC=local") to their dedicated Microsoft Entra tenant.

What can be the solution ?
