Cannot find BitLocker Recovery Key in the Devices section of my Microsoft account.

Today, suddenly when I started my Laptop I was asked to enter the BitLocker Recovery Key.

I don't save it to USB, hard drive or by printing it out. I save it to my Microsoft account.

I'm a long-time user so I found it very convenient. But today, when I went into my Microsoft account, under Manage recovery keys, I didn't see any of my recovery codes.

01. I want to ask, is the database storing my BitLocker Recovery Key on Microsoft hacked?

02. And more importantly, how long or how can I get my BitLocker Recovery Key back?

    Hello

    1. There is no indication that the database storing BitLocker Recovery Keys on Microsoft has been hacked. However, it's always a good idea to take precautions and change your password if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
    2. In this case, I recommend that you log in to your Microsoft account on a different device to see if your Bitlocker recovery key exists.

    I signed in to my Microsoft account on both my phone and my desktop, and it's still the same.
