Hope you're doing well.
- Please check if there is any third-party anti-virus software exist. If so, please try to disable it and then try to backup again.
- You can use the Resource Monitor or Process Explorer to determine which process is locking the file.
- I think you might be backing up multiple servers in one backup job. Have you broken it out to individual jobs to fine tune where the problem might be?
- Check the task schedule for conflicts.
- If none of these steps work, you can contact Veeam support for further assistance.
