Unable to Log In to Office 365 Admin Account – Authenticator App Loop Issue
Hello Microsoft Community,
I’m facing an issue with logging into my Office 365 work account, where I am the admin. A few days ago, my account was unexpectedly logged out from all devices. When I attempt to log back in, the authentication process only offers the Microsoft Authenticator app as an option, but I’ve never set up or signed up for this app.
When I try to log into the Authenticator app, it loops back to requiring authentication from the same app, leaving me stuck. I’ve also attempted to reset my password using my contact email address, but even after successfully changing it, the login process still demands a passcode from the Authenticator app, which I don’t have access to.
As the admin, I need help recovering access to my Office 365 account. Any guidance on bypassing this authentication loop or regaining access would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
