Inquiry About Using Entra ID Authentication with Copilot and External Access via Direct Line

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am developing a Teams tab app using Teams Toolkit with C#. I would like to call Copilot from this app.

In Copilot, the Topics feature allows us to define conversation flows based on user interactions. However, when configuring these conversation flows, we are required to use an environment variable that enforces Entra ID authentication.

The issue is that, due to this requirement, we are unable to obtain a Direct Line URL, which prevents us from calling Copilot externally. Given this limitation, how can we enable external access to Copilot while still using Entra ID authentication?

I would appreciate any guidance or recommendations on how to address this situation.
