Currently, there is no direct Microsoft Graph API endpoint that explicitly provides information about whether a user has the "recording and transcribe" option enabled in Microsoft Teams.
You can now configure your app to fetch Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts and recordings in the post-meeting scenario.
