How would I get my accounts from a previous phone if I didn't back up my Microsoft authenticator app

I recently changed my phone and did not remember to back up my accounts I had on the authenticator app. When I logged onto the new phone, I didn't have any of my accounts on there. Is there any way I could possibly recover the lost accounts?
