Not able to store the responses and feedback in the Teams bot (with RAG Azure AI search) built through teams tool kit

Hi,

We have built a custom AI agent with RAG approach using AI search and Azure Open AI service in Teams toolkit framework. We have also provisioned PostgreSQL in Azure for storing the responses and human feedback.

The toolkit works fine when tested locally using test tool, but when deployed into the teams, bot is not responding.

This issue raised when PostgreSQL integrated with toolkit for capturing responses and feedback.

Ensure that the PostgreSQL database is accessible from the environment where your bot is deployed. You might want to test the connection from the deployed environment using a database client or a simple script.
Add more detailed logging in your database-related functions (like log_chat_to_db, update_chat_feedback, etc.) to capture detailed exceptions and errors during deployment.

Add a simple database connection test in your initialization code to verify that your application can connect to the database upon startup.
