Take the assessment to renew my certification for Power Bi is greyed out even though I completed all the required training.

The button to take the assessment to renew my certification for Power Bi is greyed out even though I completed all the required training. The deadline to renew my certification is 8 days away. Why can't I renew. I also clicked on the button with the non-disclosure agreement and read that. Other than completing the required training and being within the time frame to renew, what else is required to be able to take the assessment to renew my certification? Why is the button greyed out?
