Hi @Debbie Jones
Welcome to our forum!
Does the issue occur recently on Outlook Desktop Client?
Do you have any specific operation before the issue occurred?
Do you mean that the links can't be opened at all browsers or just can't be opened in the Edge browser?
If you mean that the links can't be opened at all browsers, are there any related errors?
- If there are any related errors, would you please provide a screenshot of the error? (In order to avoid privacy leakage, please remember to hide your personal information.)
- To further confirm if the issue is more related to Outlook desktop client, if possible, please log in to your web mail and click links to check if they are vaild.
If you mean that you want to open links in Edge, you may take the following steps:
- In Outlook, Go to File>Options>Advanced>File and browser preferences>Select Microsoft Edge as default browser to open hyperlinks in Outlook
- In System, Open Settings>Apps>Default Apps>Scroll down and click on Choose default apps by protocol>Look for protocols like HTTP and HTTPS and ensure they are set to open with Microsoft Edge.
Hope it helps!
