Reply chain being cut off in emails

Some of my email threads are very long, with many back-and-forth replies. Recently, I'm noticing that the most of the older reply chain emails within any one thread are being removed, and to see the whole reply chain I then have to search for older emails. I want the whole reply chain to appear in the latest email please.

Do you move the emails of the conversation to other folders?

If so, please enable the below option "Show Messages from Other Folders".
