Dear,

I installed skype for bussiness 2019 in my environment. and deploy edge and reverse proxy

the problem is that, mobile user from internal and external cannot signin to skype client but windows work perfectly, i created all required dns records but i don't know that would be the problem.

there is another problem that: (when the configuration is like below i can see dialin, meet url)

my pool fqdn is sfbpool01.domain.com

internal web service url is webint.domain.com

external web service url is webext.domain.com

but when i override the external and internal web address and change to following format, there is error saying: "The webpage at https://webint.domain.com/Dialin/Conference.aspx might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

and for external user too.

i watch the iis on front-end and see autodiscover directory on internal and external web server but no MCX directory is it change in 2019 deployment.

Thanks

    Hi @rhl

Could you find the UCWA Directory in the internal web site from IIS?

Please make sure your external Web Service FQDN is pointed to the reverse proxy public IP address. The following picture shows the requirements about internal DNS and external DNS configuration for your reference:

Also, please check your certificate on Reverse Proxy. The certificate’s common name (the one you see the certificated issued to) should be the web services external URL.

In addition, we highly recommend you use Lync Connectivity analyzer to see if there is any error message and provide the detailed logs from it:
