Error AADSTS5000224: Cannot sign in to my CDX tenant
Hello everyone.
For some reason and from nowhere, today I received the following error when signing in to my CDX tenant:
Error message: AADSTS5000224: We are sorry, this resource is not available. If you are seeing this message by mistake, please contact Microsoft support. Trace ID: 1290ad79-3701-46bf-a9f3-e93253873500 Correlation ID: 9356129d-3e4f-4181-8992-6e1025326576 Timestamp: 2025-03-11 07:11:08Z
I've checked previous opened questions here:
And as in all of them they required to contact some of your experts directly, I'm posting this message. I've tried to contact support directly from the error or from here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket
I can share with you the following information through email:
- The affected tenant’s onmicrosoft.com domain name
- The Global Administrator’s User Principal Name (UPN)
