Background:

Since mid-2023, I've experienced anomalies with my Microsoft Authenticator app, including unauthorized access attempts to various accounts. Following these incidents, I discovered and removed unknown mobile numbers within my Authenticator app's address section. My previous request to Microsoft for details regarding these additions went unanswered.

Current Issue:

On 10/03/2025, a link verification code (675832) was sent to my mobile phone without my request. Subsequently, my personal email account showed three failed login attempts followed by a successful login, likely facilitated by the verification code. Both EE (mobile provider) and Samsung Technical Support have confirmed no breaches on my phone or SIM. Therefore, the issue appears to originate with Microsoft and specifically, Microsoft Authenticator.

Required:

As previously requested (early to mid-2024), I require the following:

  • A detailed log of all mobile numbers added to my Authenticator account from December 2022 to present, including the dates of addition.
  • A comprehensive usage log for each of these numbers, specifying the accounts accessed and the dates of access. Example: Mobile [XYZ] added on [DATE], used to access [XYZ] accounts on [DATES].
  • An investigation into the link verification code 675832 sent on 10/03/2025 at 12:22 PM (GMT) and its subsequent use to access my accounts.

Thank you. I await your prompt response.
