Why there is no Single session Win-11 AVD Image with Office-365 Apps?

Question

I was checking out the SKUs for AVDs and found there is no SKU for Single session Win-11 AVD Image with Office-365 Apps. May I know why?

So what is specifically needed for my Subscription plan to display Windows 11 Ent + Microsoft 365 Apps? I have a Windows 365 subscription that show Windows 11 Enterprise + Microsoft365 Apps, I have Microsoft 365 subscription with all E5 licenses and I have my Azure subscription which I don't see any information on licensing or Market Place images. I would greatly appreciate any guidance you have on this issue.
