How can I top up my account with $1000

I need to do this but I can't find anything no matter how I search.

    Pay as you go doesn’t support preloading funds or making prepayments.

    If its a pay as you go subscription, when you sign up for your own subscription, you'll provide a payment method and you will be billed monthly.

    If you want to be funding prepaid, you may need to contact a reseller https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/offers/ms-azr-0111p/
