cant log in my azure portal using Authenticator

Question

When I tried to sign in to the Azure portal, after entering the information, I didn't receive approval from the Microsoft Authentication app.

I didn't receive any notifications from the app, so I deleted and reinstalled it, but to no avail.

Please note that email accounts, including the account associated with the Azure portal, work on the app when I try to sign in to Outlook. I receive notifications normally, but they don't work when I try to access the Azure portal.

I also tried signing in using authentication certificates, but it didn't work, as shown in the attached images.

I also tried several browsers and incognito mode, but all attempts were unsuccessful.
