    Hello Jon Hill,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

    1. Ensure that all cables connecting your monitor to your PC are securely plugged in. Sometimes, a loose connection can cause the monitor to flicker or turn off intermittently.
    2. Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can cause display issues. Make sure update your graphics drivers to the latest version.
    3. Ensure that your power settings are not causing the monitor to turn off. You can check this by:

    • Going to Settings -> System -> Power & sleep.

    • Ensure that the Screen and Sleep settings are set to appropriate values.

    1. Check the settings on your monitor itself. Some monitors have power-saving features that might be causing the issue. Refer to your monitor's manual for instructions on how to disable these features.
    2. If possible, try connecting your monitor to a different port on your PC or using a different cable. This can help determine if the issue is with the port or cable.
    3. Ensure that there are no electronic devices nearby that could be causing interference with your monitor's signal.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
